Most items purchased from,, may not be exchanged or returned unless a product is defective; we cannot accept returns on personal use products for obvious reasons, relating to health and sanitation.

Therefore, all sales are final on personal use products.  Once a product has been worn, opened or used it cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns of soiled items, nor pre-packaged items that have been opened and, therefore, made unusable.


If we sent you an incorrect item(s), please contact us immediately and we will exchange it. Item must be returned unused with its complete packaging, unless otherwise informed.

Defective items are handled though the manufacturer, not LoveGap.

Exchanges will not be accepted without receiving a confirmation number.  Please email,, regarding your needs to return an item and why. We will then send you directions & an exchange confirmation #.

If you placed an order in error and are looking for a refund please email,, immediately and we will contact you.  Refunds will be done in full minus a nominal $5.00 service fee on order’s over $50.00 before tax.  This is to cover the cost levied to us by the payment processing companies.

Please note that if you have already paid for your order,  and it has been shipped, you will be refunded, minus 15% of the item(s) you wish to return. This fee will cover restocking and any charges levied to us by the credit card companies.  In addition, customers are responsible for return shipping charges to send the item(s) back to,, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.  We recommend shipping the return either insured or with delivery confirmation, to protect yourself.


Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item(s).  Please note, product(s) must be returned unopened to allow for resale.  If the item(s) is not in sellable condition on return, no refund will be given.

There is a 14-day return policy on all item(s) from the date of purchase.  We will not accept returns after this date, unless it is defective.
