Discreet Shipping & Delivery
Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post with tracking on almost every order.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

All shipments are made via Canada Post which delivers around the world, however, LoveGap only delivers to Canada & the United States excluding, Alaska, Hawaii & Armed Forces.

The shipping methods provided are the standard methods provided by Canada Post.

Shipping Costs

At LoveGap we have decided to choose a flat rate delivery service. We have done this in an effort to maintain a higher degree of customer satisfaction. LoveGap does not make money on shipping.

The flat rate fees are as follows for Expedited on all order’s under $79.99 before tax.

Canada – Ontario Only:

1. Expedited $11.99 (includes HST)

Canada – Outside Ontario:

1. Expedited $20.00 (includes HST)

United States:

1. Expedited $35.00 (includes HST)

ATTENTION: PURCHASES DELIVERING TO REMOTE AREAS

For people who do not receive mail on a daily basis, we may notify you regarding an additional shipping fee of between $20-$30.

Unfortunately Canada Post does charge additional fees for deliveries to these areas. We already subsidize your shipping much of the time with our free shipping.

We apologize for having to pass these charges on to you. Our low prices force us to require these shipping fees. Since our mark up is so low already, we are unable to absorb these extra shipping charges.

We will notify you if your order applies to these extra shipping charges. Basically, if you receive your mail via air drop or water plane this applies to you.

Order Fulfillment

We operate Monday thru Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm. We do not or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Therefore complete orders placed Friday night through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

If your order will experience delays for any reason relating to stock availability, we will be in contact with you via e-mail. Average shipping times pending no delays is 4-7 business days.

Backorders

Some products may be out of stock when ordering.  The product is still available to order, it’s just not in stock, and will require a longer shipping time.  In an effort to eliminate extra costs we will only ship the entire order at once.

So if a product is on backorder and the other is in stock, we will only ship the entire order, once the backordered one is available.  Alternatively you can choose to have the stock items sent to you but you will have to pay an additional shipping cost.

We are a retailer, not a manufacturer, so we have no control of the manufacturing schedule. If the manufacturer is out of stock, the wait can be anywhere from 2 – 4 weeks.

With regard to products from, Japan, back order’s can be up to 6 weeks, as they are coming overseas.

Handling Charges

There is a flat fee for handling of $5.00.  This fee is for the picking & packaging of the item & is included in our shipping charge, to once again save you money.

Duty Fee’s to the US

Due to the size & cost of some order’s going to the US, please be advised that there may be duties to pay.  We must declare the value on high order’s for insurance protection & these order’s sometimes incur a fee upon delivery.  LoveGap is not responsible for this fee in any way, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay any & all duty fee’s.

Shipping Privacy

All orders are shipped via Canada Post in either a plain corrugated box or bubble envelope depending on the size and shape of the products ordered.

Our corporate name, LGCP INC., will appear on the shipping label.  For shipments within Canada, nothing on the outside of the package will indicate the nature of the products inside.

Shipment Confirmation E-mail & Tracking

On the day your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.  Canada Post shipment tracking is available to all Canadian shipping methods.

Privacy & Security
LoveGap is committed to respecting data-protection regulations. This statement informs you of the steps we take to protect your rights.

By personal data we mean (a) the details you provide us via our forms, e.g. your email address, all ordering and billing information, such as postal addresses and payment details, and (b) all data captured in authentication and tracking logs.

By using our site and by registering for any of our services or products, you accept that such personal data will be gathered and stored in our databases.

We will maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of your personal data. We do not share personal data with other companies for marketing or similar purposes.

This data will be used by, LoveGap, to provide you with the services and products you have ordered. We may also occasionally use it to inform you of new services and products related to those you have ordered and of changes and activities.

By registering for services and products from, LoveGap, you agree that your email address is used in this way.

Authentication and tracking logs will be used to produce usage statistics. This information does not contain any personally identifiable information. LoveGap,  reserves the right to have logs and databases analysed by external service providers,

in which case every effort will be made to protect the security, integrity and privacy of the data.

Returns & Refunds

Most items purchased from, www.LoveGap.com, may not be exchanged or returned unless a product is defective; we cannot accept returns on personal use products for obvious reasons, relating to health and sanitation.

Therefore, all sales are final on personal use products.  Once a product has been worn, opened or used it cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns of soiled items, nor pre-packaged items that have been opened and, therefore, made unusable.

SO PLEASE SELECT THESE ITEMS WITH CARE

If we sent you an incorrect item(s), please contact us immediately and we will exchange it. Item must be returned unused with its complete packaging, unless otherwise informed.

Defective items are handled though the manufacturer, not LoveGap.

Exchanges will not be accepted without receiving a confirmation number.  Please email, exchanges@lovegap.com, regarding your needs to return an item and why. We will then send you directions & an exchange confirmation #.

If you placed an order in error and are looking for a refund please email, service@lovegap.com, immediately and we will contact you.  Refunds will be done in full minus a nominal $5.00 service fee on order’s over $50.00 before tax.  This is to cover the cost levied to us by the payment processing companies.

Please note that if you have already paid for your order,  and it has been shipped, you will be refunded, minus 15% of the item(s) you wish to return. This fee will cover restocking and any charges levied to us by the credit card companies.  In addition, customers are responsible for return shipping charges to send the item(s) back to, www.LoveGap.com, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.  We recommend shipping the return either insured or with delivery confirmation, to protect yourself.

 

Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item(s).  Please note, product(s) must be returned unopened to allow for resale.  If the item(s) is not in sellable condition on return, no refund will be given.

There is a 14-day return policy on all item(s) from the date of purchase.  We will not accept returns after this date, unless it is defective.

Warranty Terms

Most products carry a 90 day limited warranty, but some vary from this, please read the warranty carefully.

All warranties are handled through the manufacturer, not LoveGap.

Please fill out your warranty card(s) and mail them to ensure you are covered.

LoveGap is not responsible for doing this on your behalf.

In the event of a defective item, please let us know and we will give you the proper contact info for the appropriate manufacturer.
